Q-ANTIC CHAIR
The circle, the most ancestral sing of rebirth, of togetherness and circularity of life. This young and brilliant Korean entrepreneur has decided to give up on the minimalistic obsession that lately seems to have taken over the whole world of interior design and this chair was the answer, a chair able to depict and celebrate their place in the world, a uniqueness loudly perceivable in the design and not only in the limited availability of this chair. The inspiration behind this chair is one of the main theorical advancements in the world of quantic physics. According to the Heisenberg principles, we are never aware of the exact location of any electron around the atom, we assume where it is likely to be floating, but apparently, accordingly to quantic physic, the moment we contemplate an electron in a specific spot, this element starts its own life. This chair is to celebrate the hardship of the life, the enigma behind everyone’s existence , the fierce we poured in our existence to be where we are: an ode to resilience and self-awareness. An unquenchable desire for excellence and freedom to be out of any projection and pre-imposed path to follow. The gold as sign of long-lasting things which never get corrupted by the flowing of the time while we experience the necessity for change, just by chaining we remain what we are. This bespoke chair has been designed by Davdesain.
