Shipping and Delivery
Every DAVDESAIN piece is hand-prepared and packed with dedicated protective materials. Below you’ll find delivery times, costs and methods.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If you have any doubts about delivery times to your destination, write to us from the Contact page.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free, on every order and to any destination, with no minimum spend.
Production and delivery times
- Production: 3 working days from payment confirmation.
- Delivery: 10 working days from shipping, via express courier.
- Bespoke or made-to-order pieces: timelines are agreed individually and communicated before the order is confirmed.
Orders paid by bank transfer are processed after the amount is actually credited, which can take 1-3 working days.
In-store pickup
You can collect your order directly from our Bellizzi (SA) location, by selecting “In-store pickup” at checkout. We’ll contact you to arrange a date and time, by appointment only.
Accepted payment methods
Bank transfer, credit/debit card and PayPal.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the tracking code. You can also follow the status of your orders from the My orders section of your account.
Failed delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver, they will make a second attempt. After the second attempt, the goods are held in storage: contact us right away to arrange a new delivery and avoid extra costs.
Transport damage
Check the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, accept the goods with reservation (noting it on the courier’s delivery slip) and write to us within 48 hours with photos attached: we’ll take care of it.
