These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products sold on the DAVDESAIN
website. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms.

Products and prices

Prices shown on the site are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable
taxes. DAVDESAIN reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied is,
in any case, the one shown at the time the order is confirmed. Product images are
indicative: as these are pieces partly handmade or made to order, slight variations are
possible.

Orders

The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email. DAVDESAIN
reserves the right not to accept an order in case of product unavailability, payment
irregularities, or incomplete shipping details; in such cases, we will contact you
promptly.

Payments

We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card and PayPal. Payment must be made at the
time of the order, except for bank transfer, in which case the order is processed
after the amount is actually credited.

Shipping and pickup

We ship worldwide, with free shipping on all orders. In-store pickup is also
available, by appointment only. Full details on timing and methods are on the Shipping

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumer customers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, except
for bespoke or personalised products, which are excluded from withdrawal as provided

Intellectual property

Design, images, text and content on the site are owned by DAVDESAIN or their
respective authors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

DAVDESAIN is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to force majeure, nor
for improper use of purchased products.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumer customers, the
jurisdiction of the consumer’s place of residence applies, where provided by
applicable law.
