Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have the right to return the product under the conditions below.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to state a reason, as provided by consumer protection law.
How to request a return
- Write to us from the Contact page within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number.
- We’ll reply with instructions and the address to ship the package to.
- Send the product back within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
Condition of the returned product
The product must come back intact, unused and in its original packaging, complete with every accessory and document. We cannot accept returns of items damaged through use.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, wrong, or damaged in transit: in that case, the return is free and we cover it.
Refund
Once the product is received and checked, the refund is issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund includes the product price and, in case of full withdrawal, the original shipping cost.
Bespoke products
Pieces made bespoke or personalised to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as provided by consumer protection law, except in case of non-conformity.
Defective product
If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours with photos: we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
