This notice describes how DAVDESAIN collects, uses and protects the personal data
of visitors and customers of the site, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data collected

Data provided voluntarily: name, email address, shipping/billing
address, phone number, data necessary to fulfil orders, messages sent through the
contact form.
Payment data: managed directly by the payment service providers
(Stripe, PayPal); DAVDESAIN does not store full credit card details.
Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected
automatically while browsing, including via cookies (see the cookie banner on the site
for preferences).
Account data: if you create an account, we store your login
credentials, order history and saved addresses.

Purposes and legal basis for processing

Order fulfilment (production, shipping, invoicing, after-sales
support) — legal basis: performance of the contract.
Management of the customer account — performance of the contract.
Responding to contact or support requests — legitimate
interest / performance of pre-contractual measures.
Tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
Marketing communications (if activated), only with prior explicit
consent, revocable at any time.

Data retention

Order-related data is retained for the period required by applicable tax and civil
law. Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active; you may
request its deletion at any time.

Sharing data with third parties

Data necessary for order fulfilment may be shared with: couriers responsible for
shipping, payment service providers (Stripe, PayPal), hosting and technical
infrastructure providers. These parties process the data as data processors or as
independent data controllers, in accordance with their respective notices.

Transfer of data outside the EU

As we ship worldwide, some data (delivery address) may be shared with couriers
operating outside the European Union, strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the
order.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to request at any time: access to your data,
rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to
processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent where given and to lodge a
complaint with the Data Protection Authority. To exercise these rights, write to
